Martha Stewart Scallop 3-dot Edge Punch Rosette

Rosettes made with CTMH's Believe B & T Paper
 The strips were cut at one inch and 1 1/2 inches by 12 inches, respectively.  The centers are cut with punches from another paper in the same pack.  The small circle is a 3/4" punch and the scallop on the right is two inches.
