Spinner Card!
Sweet Home Layout
I finished this layout and the 6 cards in the Workshop on the Go guide yesterday. Then I went on to make 6 more cards with some of the leftover paper and embellishments. With a couple extra pieces of cardstock I'll easily be able to do another 2 page 12 x 12 layout. I really like how this turned out. It was simple to do, yet looks very elegant in my opinion. Some of the picture sizes were changed from the recommended ones.

Workshop on the Go for October
The Sweet Home Level 2 paper pack, an exclusive stamp set and a package of White Daisy Mini-Medley embellishments are October's WOTG. I'll be holding two separate workshops in October using this specially priced kit. Sign up for cardmaking (6 cards) or for completing a 2-page 12 x 12 layout - or attend both for no extra charge! You'll have lots of paper left over to make more cards and/or layouts!
September is National Stamping Month!

September's 6 x 6 Make and Take
Lots of distressing on this layout! The white core on the black paper creates a lot of depth when distressed. I'll probably use Liquid Glass on the bat to make it shiny.

Edge distressing,
ink distressing,

6 x 6 Pages Upsized
One of my favorite stamping techniques is Random Stamping. I used a stamp from Beware on CTMH's Posterboard Alphabet stamps. The frame was stamped with a Spot On Background stamp. It is so much fun to be able to make a background paper that fits the project perfectly!
This is the 6 x 6 made into an (unfinished) 9 x 9 format
Here is the same 6 x 6 on it's way to becoming part of a 12 x 12 page. The one below has two 6 x 6 pages made into a 12 x 12 layout.

It's Autumn and Time to Get Busy Scrapping!
We had a very busy summer, which ended with a wonderful wedding in Minneapolis over Labor Day weekend. As soon as the pictures from my sister's wedding are scrapped, I'll post them. Everyone had a fun time and it was Fabulous to have a family reunion for such a great event. Thanks Becky and Tim for including us!
I have a few things to share for some upcoming Gatherings that I'm doing this month. Usually, I make door prizes and hostess gifts and I've never posted some examples. So while I had my camera out, I took some pictures. I love my camera. :-)
